TEATRO FAAP
O Teatro FAAP foi inaugurado em 1975 e é parte integrante da Fundação Alvares Penteado, referência na educação e na cultura do país. Hoje, o teatro conta com 408 lugares, o auditório é em forma de leque, com acomodações especiais para deficientes físicos. O êxito da peça "A Comédia dos Erros" de Mollière com o grupo Ornitorrinco, serviu para colocar o Teatro FAAP outra vez no circuito cultural da cidade. A partir de 1998 ele se tornou referência para São paulo e não demorou muito para sua projeção atingir âmbito nacional. Hoje, além de receber as companhias, a Fundação apóia culturalmente os projetos selecionados, tornado-se co-produtora.
Nos últimos cinco anos, passaram pelo palco do Teatro FAAP as personagens de Maria Adelaide Amaral, Pirandello, Ionesco, Tckekhov, Maria Clara Machado. Nomes famosos como o de Raul Cortez, Marília Pêra(que recebeu diversos prêmios por sua atuação na peça "Mademoiselle Chanel", Irene Ravache, Cecil Thiré, Beatriz Segall, Débora Bloch e Paulo Autran, abrilhantaram o palco do teatro.

A FECAP - Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado dá mais um importante passo para fortalecer suas estreitas relações com a cultura paulista. Resultado dos projetos, arquitetônicos de J.C.Serroni e de engenharia acústica de Alberto Ranelucci, ambos reputados entre os melhores no país em suas áreas, e dotado de equipamentos de som de última geração o teatro é um moderno estúdio de som com capacidade para 400 pessoas.

Red Bull Air Race
The Red Bull Air Race beats all records: More than half a million spectators made the pilgrimage to the races in Porto or Abu Dhabi this year. The world-series of Red Bull Air Races consists of 10 races all-over the world. At all locations, the spectator interest far exceeded expectations.
The logistical requirements for a race like this are extraordinary because there is only a 3 weeks between the races. 280 tons of materials are shipped between Europe, North and South America, and Australia. To ensure the needed infrastructure is on site, three Boeing747’s or 45 trucks provide the required transportation. Not only have the logistical requirements increased over the past years, but also the requirements on the ticketing system. Since the race in San Diego, CA in September 2007, VisionOne has been charged to deliver the central booking platform for all public tickets as well for all kinds of hospitality packages for all of the races in the world series. In cooperation with the sports marketing agency SUI07, VisionOne worked out an integrated approach for the distribution of tickets and packages of this event.
Tickets can be purchase online or via a Call Center, both using the web-based ticketing software ShoWareTM. The fulfilment of these orders is carried out at the centralized VisionOne fulfilment centre to ensure standardized quality. Tickets can also be purchased via a local partner on site where ever the races take place. Print@Home simplifies the ticket logistics because no shipment to the end-consumer is needed. A standardized interface between ShoWareTM and SkiData assures smooth on-site electronic access control.

DAS ZELT
DAS ZELT gilt als die grösste und bekannteste mobile Schweizer Showbühne und hat sich in seiner fünfjährigen Geschichte seit der Expo 02 zu einem Erfolgsunternehmen entwickelt. Bereits über 1.3 Millionen Besucher konnten Schweizer Comedy- und Show-Grössen wie Marco Rima, Massimo Rocchi, Gardi Hutter oder Bagatello in einer einmaligen Umgebung geniessen.
Seit einem Jahr gastiert DAS ZELT erfolgreich als LE CHAPITEAU auch in der Romandie und im Tessin und hat somit den Schritt über die Sprachgrenzen hinaus gewagt. Als Highlight der diesjährigen Tournee wurde die Zeltstadt ein weiteres Mal erweitert: Eine zweite Theater-Bühne wird in die Zeltstadt integriert, wodurch – dank modernster Schalltechnik – parallele Vorstellungen möglich werden. «Die Schweiz hat zu viele gute Künstler», schmunzelt Adrian Steiner von DAS ZELT. «Aus diesem Grund mussten wir ausbauen». Diese Erweiterung gleicht einer Weltpremiere: Keine mobile Kulturplattform zeigt bis anhin zwei Vorstellungen gleichzeitig.
Im Januar 2008 startete der Ticketvertrieb von DAS ZELT neu über das Ticketsystem ShoWare™ und das nationale Vertriebsnetz von ticketportal. Heidi - Das Musical
Die Macher von „Heidi – Das Musical“ haben das Potenzial der berühmtesten Schweizer Romanfigur und der gleichnamigen Ferienregion erkannt und konnten bereits in den vergangenen Jahren grosse Erfolge mit der Erstaufführung des Musicals „Heidi“ verbuchen. Red Bull Air Race GmbH
Das Red Bull Air Race bricht alle Rekorde: Im Spätsommer 2007 pilgerten über eine halbe Million Menschen nach Porto, um die Air Race Piloten zu bestaunen. Auch an anderen Locations des Air Race brach das Zuschauerinteresse alle Rekorde. Die World Series von Red Bull Air Race findet an 10 Rennwochenenden rund um den Globus statt. 280 Tonnen an Material werden zwischen Europa, Nord- und Südamerika sowie Australien verschickt, um am jeweiligen Rennwochenende für die nötige Infrastruktur sorgen zu können. Drei Boeing 747 für Übersee oder 45 Lastwagen sorgen dabei für die nötige Mobilität.
Die Anforderungen an die Logistik sind ungemein, teils liegt zwischen zwei einzelnen Rennen nur knapp drei Wochen. Seit dem Start im Jahr 2005 haben sich jedoch nicht nur die Anforderungen an die Logistik, sondern auch ans Ticketing entwickelt. Ab dem Air Race in San Diego vom 22. September 2007 zeichnet sich die ticketportal Lösung ShoWareTM als zentrale Buchungsplattform für Public Ticketing und Hospitality Packages verantwortlich. Zusätzlich erarbeitete ticketportal zusammen mit Red Bull Air Race und der Sportvermarktungsagentur SUI07 einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz für den weltweiten Vertrieb dieser Eventtickets
Der Verkauf erfolgt sowohl online als auch über lokale Call Center, welche in der webbasierten Ticketinglösung Verkäufe vornehmen. Das Fulfillment der Aufträge erfolgt bis zu einem definierten Zeitpunkt zentral über ticketportal, um eine standardisierte Qualität gewährleisten zu können. Danach erfolgt der Versand über lokale Partner.
Der Vertrieb über Print@Home vereinfacht die Ticket-Logistik enorm, da keine Zustellung der Tickets mehr nötig ist und wird deshalb vom Veranstalter gefördert. Die elektronische Zutrittskontrolle vor Ort dieser e-Tickets wird über SkiData gewährleistet. Eine Schnittstelle aus ShoWareTM sorgt dabei für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

FC Luzern
Mit dem FC Luzern hat ein weiterer Spitzenclub aus der obersten Schweizer Liga einen langfristigen Vertrag mit ticketportal abgeschlossen. Auf Beginn der Saison 2007/08 wird die ShoWare™ Ticketing Lösung eingeführt und mit dem elektronischen Kontrollsystem ShoWare™ access ergänzt.
Dank der modernen Lösung, welche sich mittlerweile schon bei der Mehrzahl der Clubs aus der obersten Spielklasse bewährt, wird den Fans der Service angeboten, Tickets sitzplatzgenau über das Internet zu bestellen und selbst auszudrucken. Die FCL-Geschäftsstelle erwartet dadurch eine deutliche Entlastung der eigenen Mitarbeiter für den Ticketverkauf.
Bei einem positiven Entscheid des Luzerner Stimmvolks zugunsten eines Umbaus der Luzerner Allmend (im nächsten Herbst), kann die Gesamtlösung dank ihrem flexiblen und mobilen Aufbau einfach in das neue Stadion übernommen werden.
